We price from your bedrooms, bathrooms, and how you like it cleaned — never by the hour, and never with a surprise at the end. You'll hear the number before you agree to anything.

The things people ask us first.
Do I have to be home?
Not at all. Plenty of customers leave us a lockbox or smart lock code, or have us hold a key. Just make sure we have a reliable way in — if we can't get inside, the visit counts as a same-day cancellation.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. Your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment. If you'd rather they use specific products of yours, leave them out and let us know.
What about my pets?
Pets are part of the house, and we're used to them. We just ask that you secure any animal that's uneasy around strangers, and disarm your alarm before we arrive.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your bedrooms, bathrooms, and how you want it cleaned — but it's always a flat price, never billed by the hour. Call us and you'll have a confirmed number in about two minutes.
How do I pay?
We charge your card when you book. On a recurring plan we charge 48 hours before each visit. Move-in and move-out cleans take a 50% deposit up front, with the rest due when the work is done.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 48 hours ahead, it's free — cancel or move it, no charge. Between 24 and 48 hours there's a flat $35 fee. Inside 24 hours, or if we can't get in when we arrive, we keep half the price, because your cleaner already held that slot.
